Hi, I’m Andrew and I am proud to be the Jim’s Mowing franchisee for Magill East.
We feel we are in our perfect job as the franchisee of the local Jim’s Mowing. We’re no flower grower though, we prefer working on projects where we can get our hands dirty, such as clearing an overgrown garden, and turning it into an attractive open-air space. Renovating a garden that has been let go, is for us a very satisfying experience.
We can assist with every garden maintenance task, and even help you to choose the right plants. If needed, we can install irrigation to keep your newly restored garden in tip-top shape in even the driest months.
There are two aspects of our job which we enjoy the most. Firstly, making sure that every one of our customers receives the best service possible. Quality tools are key in doing a job well. This will ensure that your tops are cut without damage (no brown tops after a week), your edges look laser cut and the final going over with the blower leaves your paths and driveways clean like they were just laid.
We also take safety very seriously, and always wear proper protective gear while we are working. We always take every possible safety precaution at all times and will always clearly signpost your garden we are working in, so that you know to keep small children and family pets away.
If you happen to be out when we perform the work, we want you to arrive home to a freshly mowed lawn which sets your house off and makes you feel happy that your property is worth more than before we arrived. A police check is issued as an official document to verify a
background check by police or government agency to enumerate any
criminal records a service provider may have.
This guarantee is up to one million dollars for work done by Jim's
Group Franchisees.
If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have
any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we
will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at
our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you
need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a
fortnight, any advance will be refunded.
Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to
pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.
If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental
property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord
is satisfied.
If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will
be refunded.
A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.
It is in place to protect business owners if someone sues for
personal injury or damage to property.
