Hi, I’m Brendan and I am proud to be the Jim’s Mowing franchisee for St Morris.

I started my working life at a sheepskin tannery where I became a leather technician, & moved into management roles. This included three years living in Cootamundra, NSW, which was an interesting experience. Due to the downturn in manufacturing I moved into food distribution & warehousing where I had worked for around 10 years. Being stuck inside for my working life had become something I needed to change & a Jim’s Mowing franchise was an obvious choice to enable me to make the change.

I have lived in Highbury in the northeast of Adelaide since 2005. I have a 10 year daughter living with me most of the time. We have a pet cat & tropical fish. Jim’s Mowing is now something I wish I had started earlier. The customers have been great & it is good to meet people all the time. Also the flexibility it gives me is a huge bonus. I will get to see my daughters sportsday for the first time in four years this year.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, watching Port Adelaide play, renovating my house, gardening, & spending time with my daughter.

I love working outdoors and enjoy spending my time indulging my green thumb through gardening!   I love the challenge of turning an overgrown and unkept property into a neat and tidy garden with perfectly manicured lawns!
